ZARDD works through four main commissions, each bringing specialist expertise to the Diocese's social development mission.
CADECOM leads development, livelihoods, resilience and humanitarian work. The Catholic Health Commission advances equitable health and nutrition. The Catholic Education Commission promotes inclusive, quality learning. CCJP strengthens justice, peace, good governance and human rights.
By planning and learning together, the commissions can respond to the whole reality of a household or community rather than treating challenges in isolation.
